What is your prompt payment discount?

Answer:

If you pay on or before the first of the month, rent is $50 less. Discount is for the total apartment rent, not each share.

Are utilities included in rent?

Answer:

Heat and water are included in rent.

Question:

Do you provide parking?

Answer:

Yes, parking is included.

Question:

Do you allow pets?

Answer:

Sorry we do not allow pets.

Question:

Is cable and/or internet provided?

Answer:

All rooms are wired for cable and internet, however cable and internet service is not provided.

Question:

What utilities do renters pay for?

Answer:

Electricity and any optional cable or internet service.

Question:

Can we have more than 1 person per bedroom?

Answer:

Yes, but additional rent will be charged.
