A Little About Us
Fox Pointe Apartments were built in 2002 with campus housing in mind. They are conveniently located near the UW Oshkosh campus. Our 1-3 bedroom upscale apartments include: controlled access, on-site laundry, air conditioning, dishwashers, patios and parking.
All leases start September 1st and are for 355 days. Rent is paid monthly and we offer a prompt payment discount when payments are made early or on the 1st of the month. Security deposits are $500 per person.
